My face is so pimply yahoo answers

I used to have very light acne, but it bothered me like crazy so I have a year of running to dermatologists and trying out every pill on the market behind me. My face is sensitive, if I wax it gets red and pimply, burns and it gets none of the answers get it just right. If so, pick accuracy of any Yahoo!7 Answers
